The service was terrific, making this hotel a well-maintained and excellent place to stay in a stunning neighborhood.

The location was absolutely perfect in tower two, near a motorway. There was Sparky's Grill nearby, offering quick meals. Our breakfast was hot and well prepared with main dishes changing daily.

Think that this well-maintained and top quality hotel is beyond compare, loved it.

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast, which featured different main dishes each day. the location is fantastic, conveniently close to several great malls. I also had tea and treats at It's a Wrap, just a short 1 km from the hotel, adding to the experience!

Large rooms, nice kitchen, free meals that were actually decent.

No real creme for coffee.

This hotel is clean and perfect, offers a hot breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and is ideally situated right across from the best vegan restaurant around.

Overall excellent hotel located near restaurants, entertainment and next door to a convenient Trader Joes.

Kitchen stove in need of repair, fitness facility should have one more treadmill.

A+ grade on Refrigerator, pillows (down pillows are rare), kitchenette (with cookware and dinnerware), shampoo (Nuetrogena), soap, ottoman, bathroom layout, two tv's, view of the pool, elevator. Augora Hills is surrounded by a green space, with many trees, and is beautiful. Spacious restaurant, and foyer.

Clock radio was unplugged.Plugged it back in, and I could not set time - I dare anyone to figure out how to set the time on that stupid clock. F grade on that one. The shower diverter (B-) was not fully operational - shower pressure was OK, but not up to full level. Coffee OK (B-), but should have two bags of each. There's never enough. Breakfast menu was blah - unoriginal. Cereal selection terrible. (C-).

This place is incredibly beautiful and suited us fine, everything was great.

Upscale hotel that's family friendly. Friendly staff and very helpful maid team. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Room doors close hard and loud, annoying. Heating system in room rather quirky and inconsistent. Minor complaints though.

The hotel is wonderful, with a delicious breakfast, modern rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff is being nice. The setting is stunning and excellent, just off restaurants quiet area and dining options and grocery store and restaurants. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the property. The services are fantastic, including a heated pool. They offer wake up service and ironing at no cost too. Thank you for a restful stay.

The bathrooms are not clean.

The rooms here are quiet, modern with a bedroom and a fan; the staff is polite and trustworthy, and the location is convenient, close to the beach.

I liked that there's plenty of free parking a Trader Joes grocery store next door & a Jinky's Cafe. I like the free dinner M-F and the free buffet style breakfast. I also liked the great free coffee in the lounge by the front desk & well designed suites.

Breakfast should be extended until 10a not 930a,elevators were very old I saw trash a few times around that hadn't been picked up.

A real hot breakfast that was great every morning, room was nice and clean. Over location was good. Bed was comfy.

My room #3111 was right next to the staff's break room and laundry room, so it was noisy all the time, even late at night. For the price, unsure if I would stay again.
